SC Meeting and international workshop occurred in Santander from the 28th to the 30th of May 2024. The core project team: Mark Dijk (Coordinator), Anique Hommels; Martin Emanuel, Andy Karvonen, Daniel Normark and Joanna Bach Glowinska participated in the event. Cecilia Ribalaygua was the workshop and SC meeting organiser at the School of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Geography at the University of Cantabria, Spain. The workshop with the stakeholder session included testing tool prototypes followed by a discussion on the implications of formulating learning questions. In the discussion, the multiple civil servants answered formulated questions throughout their projects. The workshop concluded with a discussion of the usefulness of such a tool in the Santander context.
